Detta är en riktigt fin tur där ni besöker Jaguar Camp och en lodge efter Transpantanal vilket gör att ni ser två olika områden av Pantanal. Turen går mellan december - maj, vilket inte är säsong för jaguarsafari så därför är programmet på Jaguar Camp mer varierat än att endast fokusera på jaguarer. Från lodgerna tar ni guidade turer för att uppleva Pantanals fantastiska djurliv, varierade växtlighet och storslagna landskap.

Dag 1 - Cuiaba/Jaguar Camp

Pick up at city hotel in Cuiabá in the early morning then, transfer to the Pantanal, traveling on Transpantaneira Road, the gateway to the Pantanal marvelous fauna and flora,
arriving at Porto Jofre Region at lunch time.
Check-in and then lunch.
In the afternoon a boat ride until sundown expecting to see many animals and a variety of birdlife. The Pantanal is famed for its dramatic sunsets – a photographer’s delight - and we will end the tour when the sun sets.
Dinner will be followed by a night safari with our exclusive open safari vehicle and then overnight at the lodge.
Dag 2 - Jaguar Camp
Ecological Trails + Afternoon Safari
After breakfast, enjoy a nice trail on the grounds of the lodge, where a variety of birdlife may be seen at close range.
Return to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon, a nice safaritrip throughout Transpantaneira Road, looking for more wildlife species until sunset. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Dag 3 - Jaguar Camp/Wildlife Lodge
Safari Trip + Transfer + Night Safari
Early morning start with a safari trip or a nice nature walk before breakfast. Animals are particularly active at this time of day.
After breakfast, a last boat trip in the Porto Jofre Region.
After lunch, transfer to transfer to our next location, another very nice wildlife lodge.
Check-in and then a trekking through the surroundings. Keep your eyes open for endangered marsh deer, South American coati, giant anteater, toco toucans, tapirs, hyacinth macaws and an array of other animals and birds.
Dinner will be followed by a night safari and
overnight at the lodge.
Dag 4 - Wildlife Lodge/Cuiaba
Sunrise Activity + Walk + Transfer
Early morning safari for wildlife viewing.
Return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast a nice walk to continue exploring the forest and grasslands to spot animals and birds, including rheas, marsh deer, storks, coatis, capybaras, howler monkeys, and other animals and birds.
After lunch, transfer to Cuiabá. Drop off at the airport or city hotel depending on client’s preference.
Information
This itinerary encompasses wildlife encounters at two different wildlife lodges. The first two night is at Jaguar Camp and the last night will be spent at one of the follwing options:
- Pousada Piuval
- Pousada Rio Claro
- Pouso Alegre
The lodge used for the last night depend on avaliability, weather, river conditions, group decisions, seasons and sometimes other circumstances beyond our control.
The trails surrounding the lodges allow guests to explore a variety of ecosystems including savannah, wetland and woodland. Hiking on these trails allows you to experience the incredible flora and fauna of the Pantanal. Grassland and forest species such as deer and the South American coati are abundant and bird watching along the trails is also excellent.
The lodges mentioned in this package are located on Transpantaneira Road, on a privileged position to ensure great photographic opportunities during all the activities planned.
Lodges features rooms with air conditioner or ceiling fans and private bathroom, a relaxing area with hammocks and a restaurant with Pantanal traditional cuisine (water and beverages are not included in the package).
Our exclusive Safari Vehicles guarantee the ultimate safari experience. They are designed with tiered seating so nobody’s view is blocked. Along for the ride are our experienced drivers and our naturalist guides who will take you on unforgettable safari trips.

What to Bring
Light weight pants, jeans, T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, shorts, extra socks and underwear, sandals, walking shoes or tennis shoes, windbreaker/light rainjacket, sun hat, flashlight, sunscreen, insect repellent, binoculars, camera, film, extra batteries. Sweatshirts or sweaters are recommend from June to October.
